Everyone from St. Gallen knows the BARZ by its former name “Barcelona”. From ass early on as 1929 the name appeared in connection to St. Gallen´s gastronomy. Over decades Spanish rooted gastronomes ran the establishment and spoiled their visitors with tapas, wine and specialties from their homeland.
Right there is where the new, modern BARZ-concept ensues: small delicacies in combination with a good glass of wine. You can enjoy these niblets, prepared with regional ingredients, as a small, colourful variety or in a miniature succession as in a whole menu. The concept is completed by daily changing lunch and dinner menus which bear the “regional” stamp too.
